NH3's Halls Creek exploration project combines early-stage and advanced precious- and base-metal prospects around Halls Creek, including Lady Helen, Bent Ridge, Granite, Townsite, Arial (formerly Milba), Tiger and Golden Crown South. At June 30, 2026, NH3 owned 75% of tenement E80/5126, with an external company owning the other 25%, while the other listed Halls Creek tenements were 100%-owned. The project has no mining production or development. NH3 has been evaluating a potential divestment, and the Board impaired A$3,608,999 of Halls Creek exploration expenditure because the company does not intend to renew its expenditure commitments.
