NexMetals Mining Corp., formerly Premium Resources Ltd., is a Canadian-listed critical-metals developer focused on redeveloping the wholly owned past-producing Selebi and Selkirk copper-nickel-cobalt-PGE mines in Botswana. Selebi has an active PEA and resource update, while Selkirk has a June 2026 open-pit resource; the company also retains the inactive Post Creek and Halcyon nickel exploration properties near Sudbury, Ontario.
