In March 2026 a newly incorporated Newlox subsidiary entered a definitive ten-year joint venture with the legal operator of an unnamed Costa Rican mining concession, with successive five-year extension options. Newlox plans to support exploration and resource development and to construct and operate company-owned mercury-free processing facilities, with recovered-metal revenue shared under undisclosed commercial terms.
