Newfield Resources Limited is a delisted Australian public company whose principal retained asset is the wholly owned Tongo ML02/2018 diamond mining licence in eastern Sierra Leone. ACA Resources assumed site management in February 2025 to plan a restart. Newfield also retains 30% farm-out interests in two Western Australian gold leases and is assessing a potential recapitalisation and restructure.
