Enchi is a 248 km² district-scale gold project covering approximately 40 kilometres of Ghana's Bibiani Shear Zone. The June 2026 PFS defines 51.29 Mt of Probable Mineral Reserves grading 0.64 g/t Au for 1.055 Moz and evaluates twelve shallow open pits across Boin, Sewum, Nyam and Kwakyekrom, contract truck-and-shovel mining, and a central 5.5 Mtpa milling and CIL facility. The base case produces 953,350 payable ounces over 9.3 years. Newcore currently reports 100% ownership, while the Government of Ghana has the right to a 10% free-carried interest; the financial model also includes the applicable government royalty and a 2% Triple Flag NSR. The ongoing 80,000-metre drill program includes results not incorporated into the current resource, reserve or PFS.
