Queensway is New Found Gold's wholly owned flagship gold project in central Newfoundland. The active Phase 1 plan comprises four open pits, on-site crushing and sorting, and transport of approximately 700 tonnes per day of pre-concentrated material to the Pine Cove mill for gravity-CIL processing. The broader 2025 PEA contemplates a three-phase, 15-year development combining open-pit mining with a later mechanized cut-and-fill underground operation and a 7,000-tonne-per-day on-site gravity, flotation and CIL plant. Phase 1 EPCM, detailed engineering, procurement and environmental review are underway, while an updated technical report and mineral resource estimate are planned for the second half of 2026.
