Pumpkin Hollow Underground is a fully permitted 5,000-short-ton-per-day copper mine and flotation plant near Yerington. Nevada Copper commenced concentrate production in 2019, experienced repeated ramp-up interruptions, scaled down in June 2024 and sold the asset in bankruptcy to Southwest Critical Materials in October 2024; Nevada state material subsequently identifies it as care and maintenance.
