Nevada Copper Corp. was the developer and operator of the Pumpkin Hollow underground copper mine and open-pit project near Yerington, Nevada. It filed Chapter 11 in June 2024, sold substantially all assets to Southwest Critical Materials LLC in October 2024, was delisted from the TSX, and completed its joint liquidation plan in May 2025 with dissolution expected.
