Swales is an approximately 2,780-acre, 139-claim Carlin Trend exploration property in Elko County. Nevada Canyon sold its lease interest to Metals One Nevada Inc. in June 2025 for US$100,000 cash and retained a 2% net-smelter-return royalty over the enlarged claim package. It no longer operates or owns the underlying lease.
