Olinghouse is a roughly 6,000-acre past-producing gold property in Washoe County operated by Lake Mountain Mining LLC. Nevada Canyon owns a 1% net-smelter-return royalty. Lake Mountain is evaluating financing, exploration, permitting, studies and capital requirements for a possible restart. The issuer-disclosed 1997 Alta Gold estimate and feasibility study are historical and are not treated as current compliant mineral resources or economics.
