Namibia Critical Metals Inc. is a Canadian-listed developer advancing the Lofdal Heavy Rare Earths Project in Namibia. Lofdal has a 25-year mining licence, a December 2025 PFS and a fully funded definitive-feasibility program under a strategic venture with JOGMEC and Toyota Tsusho; Japan completed a C$23 million earn-in for a 50% participating interest in July 2026, subject to exchange and shareholder approval of the transfer.
