MP Materials and the U.S. Department of War entered a binding agreement with Maaden to establish a Saudi rare-earth refinery joint venture. The planned facility would process regional and global feedstocks into separated light and heavy rare earth oxides, but its site, schedule and MP-specific equity percentage remain undisclosed.
