113 North comprises 59 claims and approximately 3,010 hectares in the southeastern Abitibi greenstone belt. Mosaic completed acquisition of the former Fokus interest and now owns 100%, subject to a 2% NSR. Panther Minerals terminated its third-party option in October 2024.
