Lazy Head is a proposed granite aggregate quarry and marine terminal in the Municipality of the District of Guysborough. Carver Companies is the operating partner; Morien is entitled to a successful-permitting milestone and an undisclosed industry-competitive life-of-operation production royalty, while Carver reimburses all of Morien's project time and expenses.
