Davidson is an underground molybdenum-copper-tungsten development project inside Hudson Bay Mountain, approximately 9 kilometres northwest of Smithers. The December 23, 2025 PEA proposes longhole open stoping with cemented paste backfill, a 10,000-tonne-per-day underground processing plant, molybdenum and copper flotation, and gravity recovery of scheelite. Moon River holds the exclusive development and mining rights and a 100% beneficial interest under the Davidson Agreement; Roda Holdings Inc. retains registered title until specified project-financing or commercial-production conditions are met and is entitled to a 3% net smelter return royalty after title transfer.
