Texas comprises eleven mineral tenures covering approximately 3,216 hectares in the historic Beaverdell camp, about 60 kilometres southeast of Kelowna. Molten acquired the property from Troubadour Resources in June 2025 for 1.6 million shares and C$500,000 of staged work commitments through June 2029. A 360-line-kilometre MobileMT survey was completed in May 2026. No current mineral resource or economic study exists.
