Molecular Energies Limited is the private, delisted successor to Molecular Energies PLC. The group has no operating business, no current income, no remaining interest in ATOME and no expectation of recovering funds from bankrupt former Argentine subsidiary President Petroleum S.A. It retains a 10% beneficial interest in the dormant Green House Capital group and depends on discretionary creditor and shareholder support while considering recapitalisation or a new business direction.
