Puławy is a wholly owned proposed rare earth separation plant on a site beside Grupa Azoty Puławy's chemical complex in a Polish Special Economic Zone. The 2026 PFS base case evaluates 30,000 tonnes per year of wet mixed rare earth carbonate feed containing 13,430 tonnes per year of REO, with full NdPr separation and a 29-year operating life. Songwe would provide initial feed, supplemented by market-sourced carbonate. The project is an EU Critical Raw Materials Act strategic project and requires further engineering, permits, financing and construction.
