HyProMag USA is developing its Ironhead facility in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, as a domestic rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing platform. The phased plan targets H1 2027 commissioning of initial finishing equipment using up to 20 tonnes of magnet blocks supplied from the United Kingdom and Germany. HPMS and integrated magnet-manufacturing commissioning is targeted for Q2 2028 with initial annual capacity of approximately 400 tonnes of recycled sintered NdFeB magnets and 278 tonnes of co-products, followed by staged ramp-up toward approximately 1,526 tonnes of magnetic products.
