HyProMag's Tyseley Energy Park facility is a commercial-scale rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing plant. Its commercial-scale presses and sintering furnaces are fully commissioned, and sintered magnet blocks are being produced on a small scale for customer evaluation. The facility has produced 10.1 tonnes of recycled NdFeB alloy powder from its commercial-scale HPMS vessel, with powder now used to manufacture customer magnet-block samples.
