HyProMag GmbH's Pforzheim plant is a commercial-scale rare earth magnet recycling and manufacturing line. During the first half of 2026 its HPMS vessel, jet mill, transverse and axial presses were commissioned, and the first pressed NdFeB magnet blocks were produced from both presses; the remaining equipment is still commissioning. The fully permitted plant has a minimum initial capacity of approximately 100 tonnes per year, increasing to approximately 350 tonnes per year with multiple shifts, while a further expansion to 750 tonnes per year is under evaluation.
