Puławy is a proposed rare earth separation plant beside the Grupa Azoty Puławy chemical complex in Poland. The amended transaction contemplates a pre-closing reorganization under which MKAR and Mkango Polska will together own the Songwe and Puławy operations; the transfer and Nasdaq combination remain pending.
