Mining Americas Inc., formerly Minera Alamos Inc., is a North American gold producer centered on the Pan open-pit heap-leach mine in Nevada. Its growth portfolio includes the board-approved Copperstone underground build in Arizona, the permitted Gold Rock project, Mexican development assets and early-stage gold and copper interests. The company graduated to the TSX in July 2026, although this controlled shard remains pinned to the claimed TSXV identity.
