Pioneer is a 100%-owned producing underground gold mine within Mineros' Hemco Property near Bonanza, Nicaragua. Mining uses shrinkage stoping, sub-level open stoping and bench-and-fill methods, with ore treated through the shared Hemco processing infrastructure. Mineral Resources are reported exclusive of Mineral Reserves. At December 31, 2025, Pioneer contained 38 koz Au in Measured and Indicated Resources, 201 koz Au in Inferred Resources and 132 koz Au in Proven and Probable Reserves. Mineros does not disclose Pioneer production, processing statistics, revenue or operating costs separately from Panama, purchased artisanal ore and the wider Hemco Property. The 2026 program includes infill and step-out drilling at Pioneer and La Reforma, while Xiloa, 1.2 km northeast of the active mine, is being evaluated as a potential nearby source of future resources and reserves.
