Caldeira is Meteoric's 100%-owned rare-earth-rights development in Minas Gerais, Brazil, combining the company's regional licences into one integrated project. A July 2025 PFS defined a 20-year open-pit development, while the current DFS uses higher-confidence resources and a 151.1-million-tonne Probable Ore Reserve. The Preliminary Environmental Licence is granted, the Installation Licence is in formal review, and pilot-scale MREC is undergoing qualification.
