Chilalo is an 84 percent Evolution-owned, development-ready graphite project with a mining licence, environmental approvals, updated DFS, offtake agreements covering more than 90 percent of forecast production and a targeted October 2027 first-ore date. Metals One owns approximately 19.6 percent of Evolution, giving an effective project interest of about 16.46 percent.
