The Quebec Battery Anode Project is a proposed downstream refinery in the Jean-Noël-Tessier industrial park at Baie-Comeau. Its April 2026 PEA evaluates three phased modules processing 75,000 tonnes of Lac Carheil fine graphite concentrate annually into 51,069 tonnes of coated spherical purified graphite at full capacity.
