Metals Australia Limited is an Australian critical-minerals developer led by the 100%-owned Lac Carheil Graphite Project near Fermont, Quebec, where a June 2026 PFS established a 24-year open-pit graphite operation and maiden reserve. Its separate Quebec Battery Anode Project at Baie-Comeau has a current PEA, while the portfolio also includes the 80%-held Manindi critical-minerals project, Warrego East and other Australian exploration interests, the 100%-owned Corvette River gold and base-metals claims, and a 3% free-carried Kimberley gold interest.
