MetalQuest owns 100% of 306 Lac Otelnuk claims. Following a royalty buyback, the company reports a combined underlying royalty of 2.5%. The issuer describes Lac Otelnuk as development-stage, but the 2013 resource and 2015 feasibility study remain historical and unverified by its Qualified Person. The staged technical program requires validation of historical geological and QA/QC work, updated mine and processing concepts, infrastructure and logistics planning, environmental and social studies, and economic modelling. MetalQuest has an Exploration and Pre-Development Agreement with the Naskapi First Nation of Kawawachikamach and continues engagement with that Nation and other related First Nations communities.
