Under its staged agreement with Invest in Property 126 (Pty) Ltd., Metalex can earn up to 70% by completing successive licensing, survey, drilling, bulk-sampling and feasibility commitments. At April 30, 2025, the prospecting-license conversion was incomplete and Metalex had not yet earned the initial 20% interest.
