MetalCorp Limited was a Canadian mineral explorer with gold and polymetallic projects in Ontario. Palladium One Mining acquired all MetalCorp shares in May 2023 and MTC was delisted; Palladium One subsequently became GT Resources Inc., which now owns and advances the former MetalCorp assets.
