Arcadia comprises approximately 3,760 acres of Bureau of Land Management claims and state leases in north-central Wyoming. Its Grass Creek and Dugout Creek deposits are near-surface Cretaceous fossil-beach placer heavy-mineral sands containing zircon, ilmenite and monazite; historical work includes more than 7,000 feet of drilling across 60+ holes. Meta can acquire a 100% interest under the April 2026 option agreement; no current NI 43-101 mineral resource has been reported.
