The combined Westbury and TSGM licence package covers approximately 800 square kilometres in northeastern Tasmania. An initial shallow scout program at Russell's Plains returned selected REE intervals up to 879 ppm TREO and scandium values up to 164 ppm Sc2O3, but no current mineral resource has been declared. Meryllion exercised the option and can earn an initial 50% by completing staged spending and consideration, then increase to 80% and potentially purchase the remaining 20% after a production decision.
