The separate Genius option covers six licences - 51775 through 51780 - and 100 claims over approximately 1,620 hectares in Halifax County. MegumaGold may earn up to 70%; after a full earn, Genius may exchange its residual interest for a 2% NSR. MegumaGold's April 2025 update continued to carry the option, and it is not included in the 2026 six-property sale agreement.
