Mistumis consists of 229 staked mineral claims covering 12,116 hectares in Quebec's James Bay region, approximately 10 kilometres northwest of the Rose lithium-tantalum project. A 1,918-sample soil program and joint airborne survey generated lithium and pathfinder anomalies, but no drilling-defined deposit, current mineral resource or economic study. Cygnus's option to acquire up to 80% terminated on August 1, 2024, leaving MegaWatt with 100% ownership.
