MegaWatt Lithium and Battery Metals Corp., formerly Walcott Resources Ltd., is a Canadian explorer holding 100% of the Route 381 and Mistumis hard-rock lithium properties in Quebec's James Bay region. The two properties are reported together as the James Bay Lithium Project. Benedict Mountains and Cobalt Hill were impaired, the remaining New Age claims were surrendered, and the Tyr Silver subsidiary was sold in February 2026; none is a current project. No current mineral resource, reserve, economic study or commercial production exists.
