McLaren is a 100%-owned heavy-mineral-sands project approximately 150 kilometres east of Norseman and 40 kilometres west of Balladonia. The November 2025 JORC 2012 resource contains 529 Mt at 4.5% heavy mineral, and the current PFS supports a 15.9-year conceptual open-pit operation producing ilmenite and non-magnetic concentrates.
