Barossa comprises South Australian EL6461 and EL6462 and the Kalahari, Mojave and Gobi prospects, approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Iluka's Jacinth-Ambrosia mine. McLaren has completed the acquisition from Iluka; the previously disclosed staged Year 1 and performance payments, Iluka product-purchase right of first refusal and 2% gross-revenue royalty continue to apply.
