Michaud is a 100%-owned exploration property near Matheson in the historic Timmins mining area, adjacent to Mayfair Gold's Fenn-Gib property. It was acquired with Munro in March 2022, forms part of a 17-lease package and is subject to a 2% NSR, of which 1% can be repurchased for C$1.5 million. No current mineral resource or economic study is reported.
