Los Azules Copper Project

FeasibilityCopper
Price-|MCap-

Los Azules is an advanced porphyry copper development in San Juan Province, approximately 80 km west-northwest of Calingasta and 6 km east of Chile. The 2025 feasibility base case is a 21-year open-pit operation using crushing, heap leaching and SX-EW to produce LME Grade A copper cathode. McEwen owns 46.3% of McEwen Copper and a separate 1.25% net-smelter-return royalty. Detailed engineering and financing work are underway for a targeted final investment decision by the end of 2026; the separate Nuton opportunity could process primary material and extend the project beyond the base case but does not yet have a complete standalone economic case suitable for insertion.
