Grey Fox is McEwen's wholly owned, long-term development project within the Fox Complex east of Timmins. The June 2026 PFS defines two underground operations accessed through separate North and South portals, using primarily longhole stoping supplemented by cut-and-fill mining. Ore would be crushed on site, hauled approximately 35 km to the Stock Mill and processed through its CIL circuit. The plan contains 980.3 koz of probable gold reserves and extends the Fox Complex production profile through 2041, with commercial production targeted for 2029.
