El Gallo HLM is McEwen's 100%-owned reactivation of the former Fenix project, initially reprocessing heap-leach material through a purchased mill that is already onsite. The board has reached a construction decision, the environmental authorization was extended in December 2025, and Phase 1 targets about 20,000 gold-equivalent ounces annually for ten years.
