Mayfair's 100%-controlled flagship is a planned 4,800 tpd conventional open-pit gold mine east of Matheson. The December 2025 PFS defines a 25.13 Mt probable reserve at 1.29 g/t Au and C$651.7 million after-tax NPV at 5%.
