Pecors West comprises 53 mineral claims covering about 805 hectares east of Elliot Lake and complements Marvel's East Bull district position. The company purchased the claims in 2024 for staged cash, shares and warrants subject to a 2% NSR. Management impaired the full C$70,609 acquisition carrying value during fiscal 2024 and has not announced current fieldwork.
