Blackfly comprises 64 unpatented mining-claim units near Atikokan and contains historical shafts, trenches, drilling and high-grade surface samples. Marvel completed option expenditures and drilling but still owed staged advance royalty payments through 2027. The April 2026 MD&A says the property remains in good standing, while also stating that no exploration was planned for the fiscal year after July 2025 and that the C$544,062 carrying value was fully impaired.
