Boorara is an open-pit gold project near Kalgoorlie-Boulder. Mining finished in December 2025 and the project is in care and maintenance ahead of a restart targeted for mid CY2027. The 119-hole RC program totalling over 17,000m is complete, with assays pending. A 460kt ore stockpile from previous mining will support Black Swan commissioning, with first processing targeted for H2 CY2027. A detailed grade control drill program is planned before mining commences.
