Dorado and Cordillera are held through Rio Explorations SpA in Chile's Atacama Region. The company agreed in December 2025 to sell the subsidiary and projects to Batik Resources for cash and shares, but the disposition remains pending until the buyer completes its public listing and closing conditions.
