Mandrake's Utah acreage contains approximately 20 historical uranium mines or occurrences and 19 legacy mine-waste sites identified for detailed characterisation. No current compliant uranium resource or reserve has been declared. Under a binding agreement, DISA Technologies will fund and operate evaluation, permitting and potential treatment of the waste with its licensed HPSA process. Mandrake is entitled to a sliding 2.5%-4% gross revenue share from saleable uranium and other critical-mineral concentrates and may purchase a 25% participating interest at a future agreed fair-market value.
