Skyline, formerly called York Harbour, covers the historic York Harbour copper-zinc-silver mine sequence and a broader prospective ophiolite package in western Newfoundland. Mammoth completed the first earn-in stage for a 49% interest and can earn up to 80% through further cash, share and cumulative drilling milestones. Recent work included drilling, down-hole electromagnetic surveys, induced polarization and airborne magnetics. March-quarter 2026 activity was limited while Mammoth reviewed commercial opportunities. Historical mine production is not current company production and no compliant current resource is stored.
