Picha comprises approximately 244 square kilometres of concessions in southern Peru. Maiden drilling returned shallow high-grade copper-silver mineralisation, and the 2025 BHP Xplor programme funded integrated magnetic, magnetotelluric, geochemical and alteration work. Mammoth moved to 100% ownership through Kiwanda after Xpedra converted its 30% interest into a 1% net smelter royalty.
